How do PowerGlowCo Beauty Bundle subscriptions work?
When you subscribe, you’ll receive a curated beauty bundle delivered to your door based on the plan you choose:

Monthly → 1 box every month

Bi-monthly → 1 box every 2 months
Each bundle is uniquely curated, so no two months are the same.
Is there a minimum subscription period?
Yes. All subscriptions require a minimum number of boxes before cancellation is possible.

Monthly plans → minimum of 3 boxes (3 months)

Bi-monthly plans → minimum of 3 boxes (6 months)
Customers are billed according to their plan frequency.
Can I cancel my subscription?

During the minimum period → Cancellation is not possible until the required number of boxes has been delivered.

After the minimum period → Subscriptions continue on a rolling basis (monthly or bi-monthly) until paused or cancelled.
What happens if a payment fails?
If your payment fails, our system will automatically retry. Shipments may be paused until payment is received. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid for the full minimum commitment.
Do all bundles include the same products?
No — each bundle is curated monthly and contents vary. If you purchase more than one in the same month, they may not be identical. Product value will always meet or exceed the subscription price.
Can I return or exchange items?
Due to hygiene reasons, we do not accept returns on cosmetics or subscription bundles unless an item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect. Please see our Returns Policy for full details.
