📜 Cancellation Policy

Some items in our store may be offered as a subscription, a pre-order, or try before you buy. This policy explains how cancellations work.


🔄 Subscriptions

  • When you purchase a subscription, you’ll receive repeat deliveries based on the subscription plan you select (monthly or bi-monthly).

  • Minimum Commitment:

    • Monthly plans require a minimum of 3 months (3 boxes).

    • Bi-monthly plans require a minimum of 3 boxes, equal to 6 months.

  • Customers are billed at the frequency chosen (monthly or every 2 months).

  • Early cancellation is not permitted until the minimum number of boxes has been fulfilled.

  • After the minimum commitment is complete, subscriptions automatically continue on a rolling basis (monthly or bi-monthly, depending on the plan) until paused or cancelled by the customer.

  • Your payment details will be stored securely and you will be charged for each delivery unless you choose to pay in advance.

  • If a payment fails, our system will automatically retry. Shipments may be paused until payment is received. Customers are responsible for ensuring their payment method remains valid throughout the minimum commitment period.

  • Order confirmation emails include links to manage your subscription directly.

🛒 Pre-Orders

When you purchase a pre-order, you are buying an out-of-stock or soon-to-be-available product not yet in inventory.

  • We may collect no payment or a partial deposit at checkout, store your payment method, then fulfill and charge the full or remaining payment at a future date.

  • You can cancel a partially paid pre-order that has not yet been fulfilled.

  • If the order has been fulfilled, you cannot cancel the order, but you may request a full or partial refund (see Returns Policy for details).


👗 Try Before You Buy

  • When you purchase a try-before-you-buy item, we authorize your payment method before fulfilling the order.

  • You will have a set period of time to decide if you want to keep the item.

  • Once the time period has passed, if you have not returned the item, we will charge your payment method for the full amount.
